Joanne Wojtowicz made Cincinnati home in 2008. Before joining the Cincinnati Symphony viola section Joanne worked in the Atlanta Symphony, the Montreal Symphony, The Santa Fe Opera and The Louisville Orchestra. Since moving to Cincinnati Joanne’s favourite musical collaborations included working with Nico Muhly, Libby Larsen and Missy Mazzoli. Away from the viola Joanne can often be seen on a mountain bike or on a pair of alpine skis.
