Molly Norcross
French Horn
Hailed by Alan Kozinn in the New York times as giving “a magnificent performance: precise, passionate, and supple”, horn player Molly Norcross enjoys a varied career as an orchestral player, chamber musician, soloist, and collegiate teacher. She currently holds the positions of Acting Associate Principal Horn of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Co-Principal Horn of the Cabrillo Festival of Contemporary Music, Principal Horn of the New Hampshire Music Festival, Visiting Faculty at Miami University and Adjunct Instructor at University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Ms. Norcross received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from The Juilliard School, with additional studies at New England Conservatory, studying with William Purvis, Jennifer Montone and Richard Sebring, respectively.
