Matt Gardner is a Cincinnati-based trombonist performing with the Queen City Freedom Band and the Sycamore Community Band. With a passion for music, he has been playing in the area for nearly 15 years. Versatile and dedicated, Matt has performed in a variety of musical settings, from classical and jazz to contemporary works. Beyond performance, he enjoys collaborating with fellow musicians — such as concertnova — to create engaging and dynamic musical experiences for audiences.

By day, Matt is an IT Manager for a small manufacturing company, working in a structured, logic-driven environment. But it’s through music that he finds creative freedom, expression, and connection with others.
