Ysaÿe in Cincinnati w/Ben Beilman May 9 @ Paterloon
Renowned violinist Benjamin Beilman joins concertnova for a celebration of Ysaÿe's legacy in Cincinnati. Experience Beilman performing on the same legendary Giuseppe "del Gesù" Guarneri violin played by Ysaÿe, who was Music Director of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra just more than 100 years ago. Pianist Gloria Chien and the Poiesis Quartet join Beilman for works of Ysaÿe and Chausson's Concerto for Violin, Piano, and String Quartet.
