Join concert:nova for an evening of music composed for solo instruments by Debussy, Hindemith, Yun, Stockhausen and Bach as we explore themes of solitude, individuality, and ultimately, connectedness. Each work will feature an interdisciplinary collaboration that responds and provides perspective on these themes. To frame the evening poetic interludes will be drawn from Walt Whitman, Mary Oliver as well as Pauletta Hansel, poet laureate of Cincinnati, reading from her own work.
